Bosphore® Genomic DNA Extraction Spin Kit v2 has been designed for manual extraction of genomic DNA from blood samples. The kit contains the required solutions for extraction as well as the plastic consumables for spin column. Bosphore Genomic DNA Extraction Spin Kit v2 is compatible with Bosphore® Real-Time PCR kits. Starting sample volume is 400 µl and DNA recovery (elution) volume is 60 µl. The final genomic DNA concentration is ~ 100 µg/ml and the purity value A260/A280 is between 1.8 and 1.9.
