The S100 CLIA Microparticles assay and AutoLumo S100 Calibrators are used together based on a chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay (CLIA Microparticles) for the quantitative determination of S100 protein in human serum. Clinical determination of S100 is used for disease progression or treatment determination of melanoma, it also works as an aid of cerebral damage diagnosis.
