This kit is based on the immunological analysis method and adopts the principle of the direct sandwich method, which is consistent with the classic "sandwich" immunoassay method. Fluorescent microspheres are used as the solid phase of the immune response, and the immunological analysis method is combined with the flow cytometry analysis to detect expression of IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-12p70, IL-17, IFN-γ, TNF-α and IFN-α in human biological samples. The technical principle is: the interleukin antibody coupled with fluorescent microspheres and biotin-labeled interleukin paired antibody respectively bind to the interleukin in the sample or calibrator to form a "sandwich" complex, and then interact with the added Phycoerythrin-labeled streptavidin(SA-PE).Detected by flow cytometer, within the detection range, the fluorescence luminescence intensity is proportional to the interleukin content in the sample.
