The slatted design allows water to drain away quickly, without creating an entrapment risk. It is fixed to the bath using four independent rubber ended pillars, which are positioned to fit securely in a variety of different bath shapes, fitting snugly against the sides of the bath. An optional handle is available. This is anchored directly to the pillars through the Bathboard, on the side nearest to the wall, to give the user a firm gripping point.
