The kit contains the required solutions for extraction as well as the plastic consumables for spin column. Bosphore® Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Spin Kit is compatible with Bosphore® Real-Time PCR kits. Starting sample volume is 400 µl and RNA recovery (elution) volume is 60-100 µl
