Human tissue section with wrinkles is flattened and dried by using tissue flotation bath and slide dryer. The tissue samples are processed and embedded for sectioning. The sections are first stretched on the warm water surface before being finally scooped up with a labeled slide. The tissue section is colored and contrasted after staining. When analyzed by a qualified practitioner, this visualization is used in conjunction with other data, such as the patient's medical history, physical state, and the outcomes of additional medical testing, to conduct a medical diagnosis.
