Additional Description
The Anika equipment is a medical device that consists in the administration of CO2 subcutaneously and intradermally for therapeutic purposes through localised micro-injections using extremely thin needles (for example 30G), commonly used in mesotherapy. Delivery takes place in a controlled manner and the treatment involves replacing the needle for each patient to ensure the safety of the treatment. This practice is known as “carboxytherapy”, a therapy without toxicity risks: our body naturally produces carbon dioxide, therefore no risks are involved, it is therefore a non-toxic and non-hazardous system.
