pH 9.0 Pre-Treatment Kit is based on deparaffining and heat-induced antigen retrieval methods. Some antibodies require these deparaffining and antigen unmasking when used on formalin-fixed buffer and paraffin embedded materials to recover the immunoreactivity that has remained masked due to the fixation process. This Kit is specially designed for its handling in the automatic immunostainers MD-Stainer.
