The Cortisol CLIA Microparticles assay and AutoLumo Cortisol Calibrators are used together based on the fully automated chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay (CLIA Microparticles) system for the quantitative determination of Cortisol in human serum, plasma (EDTA) or urine. Clinical determination of Cortisol is used as an aid for the recognition and management of functional disorders of the adrenal gland.
