It consists of sterilizing chamber, vacuum pump, H2O2 injection system and high-frequency power supply. 53%-60% of H2O2 is adopted as sterilizing agent to kill bacterial spore. The sterilizer could perform sterilization in a short period under the condition of low temperature and humidity.
