Magrev Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Kit has been designed for manual extraction of viral DNA/RNA from all body fluids such as serum, plasma, saliva, CSF, sputum, amniotic fluid, urine, tissue, tears, stool, bronchoalveolar lavage, liquid cytology samples, nasopharyngeal swabs, oropharyngeal swabs and cell culture. The kit contains the required solutions for extraction as well as the plastic consumables for magnetic bead based extraction. Magrev Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Kit is highly compatible with Bosphore® Real-Time PCR kits. Starting sample volume is 500 µl and DNA recovery (elution) volume is 60-100 µl.
