The kit contains the required solutions for extraction as well as the plastic consumables for spin column. Bosphore® Tissue Genomic DNA Extraction Spin Kit v2 is highly compatible with Bosphore® Real-Time PCR kits. Starting sample amount is 100-250 mg and DNA recovery (elution) volume is 60 μl.
