Additional Description
1.25" Offset Large. Helps in removal of intramedullary nails. Helps in the removal of a total hip stem. Used to help remove a hip prosthesis stem via a window in the shaft of the femur. Two sizes of offsets allow the punches to be used to tap on a distal portion of the hip stem, after a window has been made in the femur below the tip of the stem.
