This kit is used for in vitro quantitative detection of cTnT in human serum and (or) plasmaand (or) whole blood. Troponin T (TnT) is a substance that regulates contraction of striated muscles. Although TnT has the same function on all striated muscle, cardiac muscle produces TnT (cTnT, molecular mass is 39.7kD) different from skeletal muscle TnT. Due to high tissue specificity, cardiac troponin T (cTnT) is a marker of specificity and sensitivity of myocardial damage. Cardiac troponin T is released in about 3-4h after myocardial infarction for about 2 weeks. Compared with stsegment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), cTnT has a greater value for diagnosis of non-stsegment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). cTnT is mainly used for treatment of myocardial infarction and auxiliary diagnosis of myocardial damage
