This device is a single-use sterile scalpel blade remover, to be used with a cassette of the similar material or a holder of the similar material. BladeNeedleSYSTEM uses a needle box as the holder. The device is used to safely remove and contain used scalpel blades from scalpel handles under sterile conditions. The device with a needle box may be used to hold and count needles.
