Magnesia 2448 Viral DNA/RNA Isolation Kit is designed for the automated isolation of viral DNA/RNA from all body fluids and biological samples such as blood, serum, plasma, sputum, buffy coat, CSF, urine, swab, churning water samples. The kit includes the solutions required for extraction and the plastic consumables and magnetic beads required for magnetic-based extraction. The kit extractes viral nucleic acids from serum or plasma samples. The sample starting volume is 500 μl and the DNA/RNA elution volume is 80 μl.
