This ClinRep® Chromatography and Sample Preparation Kits with order nos. 27000, 27001, 27002 and 27006 are intended for the quantitative determination of the B group vitamins B1, B2 and B6 from human whole blood, or vitamin B6 alternatively from human plasma. Vitamins B1 (thiaminepyrophosphate, TPP), B2 (flavine adenine dinucleotide, FAD) and B6 (pyridoxal-5'- phosphate, PLP) are determined by HPLC coupled with fluorescence detection. The ClinRep® Kits are intended for use in professional diagnostic laboratories. The kit components have to be used in accordance with corresponding user manual. The kit is not designed for combination with components from other manufacturers.
