1) First observe whether the independent packaging of the collecting brush is damaged;When using,tear the baa and take out the brush. 2) Expose the cervix with a voyeur (lubricant is prohibited), extend the tip of the collectionbrush into the cervix, and fully contact the bristles on both sides with the cervix dome. 3) Hold the upper part of the brush bar, aently forward aaainst the cervix, and rotate in thesame clockwise direction for 3~5 weeks, do not rotate back and forth. 4) Hold the brush rod and brush the brush head repeatedly in the preservation solution to fulltransfer the sample to the preservation solution 5) Liquid base cytology method was used for preparation, and the brush head was pushed intothe special specimen preservation solution with a push tube for preparation of liguid base specimens
