Bosphore® Viral DNA Extraction Spin Kit has been designed for manual extraction of viral DNA from body fluids including blood, serum, plasma, sputum, cerebrospinal fluid and as well as cell culture supernatants. The kit contains the required solutions for extraction as well as the plastic consumables for spin column. Bosphore® Viral DNA Extraction Spin Kit is highly compatible with Bosphore® Real-Time PCR kits. Starting sample volume is 200 µl and DNA recovery (elution) volume is 60-100 µl.
