A quantitative NMT (neuromuscular transmission) monitor utilizing either tri-axial accelerometry or electromyography to provide real-time quantitative feedback. The device is intended to be used by an anaesthetist during general anaesthesia, for the purpose of establishing the efficacy of a NMBA (neuromuscular blocking agent) using non-invasive surface electrodes as well as regional anaesthesia for the purpose of nerve mapping and locating.
