The wrist fixator with dynamic-angle clamp is used in the partial osteotomy of distal radius deformity, and acute correction by filling the space with graft of gradual correction of the space with hemicallotasis osteotomy. It can be used in distal radial and/or ulnar fractures and unstable intra-articular distal radial fractures (by fixating the fracture fragments with other implants). The ball-joint structure allows angulated locking.
