RNA/DNA Pathogen Extraction kit (for Opentrons OT-2 Robot) is an automated extraction system for the isolation of high quality RNA/DNA from nasal, nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swabs, sputum and saliva (in UTM, VTM or virus inactivation medium); endocervical exudates in different transport media (liquid cytology) and vaginal or rectal exudates collected in swabs without transport media (dry swabs). This kit is valid for RNA and DNA extraction of both viral and bacterial origin. This kit is also valid for the extraction of human DNA.
