Hydrocolloid dressing of Longterm Medical Technology Co., Ltd. consists of a semipermeable polyurethane film or PU foam coated with hydrocolloid containing carboxy-methylcellulose (CMC) as the principal absorbent and gel forming agent. Hydrocolloid dressing is permeable to water vapour but impermeable to exudate and microorganisms. In the presence of exudate, the CMC absorbs liquid and swells to form a cohesive gel that does not tend to disintegrate or leave residues in the wound bed. size:16mm*60mm
