This Interactive Regenerating Wound Dressing Matrix contains various biocompatible polymers in a specific clinically proven composition and in a bio-engineered 3D structure/scaffold similar to the extracellular matrix. These together make it an effective temporary skin substitute or regenerating matrix (3rd line of wound therapy) which facilitate accelerated reconstruction of all layers of the skin, including dermis and the subcutaneous tissue and reduces the scar tissue formation.
