The non absorbable surgical sutures are consist of the surgical needle (without needle) and the non absorbable thread.It is a non-absorbable woven sterile surgical suture consisting of polyethylene terephthalate. It is made of a high molecular weight long chain linear polyester fiber having a recycled aromatic ring as an integral component. It is dyed green and has good visibility in the surgical field.[EN]
