Long Extractor with Silicone Handles. Slaphammer Rod is NOT included. Used when extra powerful slaphammer force is needed. Repositionable silicone grip handles are available for use with the long version of the Atlatl, and are removable for sterilization. The Atlatl Super Slap Hammer is designed for use with a 3/8" diameter slap hammer rod, including the Innomed #3925 & #3935 slaphammers.
