Complete Set. Provides stable positioning of a patient during hip surgery. It is designed to attach directly to the operating table utilizing the existing table adapters. Set includes: (2) 2" Spacer (#4150-C), (1) 4" Knob (#4150-EK), (1) 6" Knob (#4150-EK4), (3) 100 MLC Medical Pad (#4150-PD), (2) Stulberg Table Attachment (#4150-TA), (1) 6" Post for Hip Positioner (#4150-06), (1) 10" Post for Hip Positioner (#4150-10), (2) Stulberg Hip Positioner Slider (#4150-S), (3) Pad Knob 2" Screw (#4150-PB), (3) Plate (#4150-P), (1) Stulberg Hip Positioner Storage Case (#9002). Optional Sterilizable Clamp (#2595) available but is not part of this set. Will need to order (2) clamps if used with this hip positioner.
