Additional Description
Anti-Adhesion Barrier HA Gel [MEDICURTAIN®] is an absorbable and lubricious anti-adhesion barrier gel composed of non-animal origin hyaluronic acid and hydroxyethylstarch in sterile water, applied in open or laparoscopic surgery to reduce adhesion between the adjacent tissues. This serves as a temporary barrier providing physical separation of tissues during normal healing process. It promotes normal wound repair and reduces postoperative pain.
