Additional Description
The NGEx FFPE DNA Purification Kit (ES-K110FP-C) and corresponding software (ES-S110FP-C) are intended to be used for the automated extraction of nucleic acids from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections. The NGEx technology is based on silica-coated magnetic beads and chemical reagents. The FFPE DNA Purification Kit is provided with reagent cartridges and containers that hold the reagents needed to perform 48 DNA extractions.
