Additional Description
IB-HGSm is a device for measuring handgrip strength using loadcell. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart. Hold the device with your arms fully extended and slightly lifted away from the sides of your body. Measure your grip strength by pulling the handle of the device as hard as you can. The force is applied to the loadcell through the action of gripping the handle to give the maximum force to the hand, and the force is measured to measure the handgrip strength.
