Das Medizinprodukt GHG Praxisdienst Medizinische Scores dient dem fachkundigen Arzt als Hilfsmittel zur Berechnung medizinischer Scores und kann vom Arzt in der Behandlungssituation als Entscheidungsunterstützung dienen. Dazu werden die Eingaben des Vertragspartners verschlüsselt an einen Server der ifap übertragen, auf dem die Berechnung der Score-Werte stattfindet. Anfrageparameter und Berechnungsergebnisse werden mit einem Zeitstempel anonymisiert gespeichert. Ohne Internetverbindung kann das Modul GHG Praxisdienst Medizinische Scores nicht verwendet werden.
