This kit is suitable for in vitro quantitative detection of the concentration of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin β-Subunit (β-HCG) in human serum, plasma and whole blood. Human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) is secreted by syncytiotrophoblast cells, which are bound together by α and β subunits through ionic bonds and hydrophobic bonds. Its molecular weight is about 39KD. It is a glycoprotein hormone produced by human placenta and corpus luteum cells. It plays an important role in implantation and embryonutrition. At the same time for gynecological inflammation, ectopic pregnancy, chorionic diseases have certain auxiliary diagnostic value.
