Additional Description
The 23andMe Personal Genome Service (PGS) Coregen is a back-end application that operates on batches of files received from 23andMe laboratories. These files contain the results of the DNA analysis performed on customer samples. Coregen performs quality checks of the files and data received from the laboratories. Coregen then collates the data for each sample and applies 23andMe calling algorithms to determine genotypes for markers. Finally, it optimizes the data representation for use by downstream software.
