Bosphore® Viral RNA Extraction Spin Kit has been designed for manual extraction of viral RNA from body fluids including blood, serum, plasma, sputum, cerebrospinal fluid and as well as cell culture supernatants. The kit contains the required solutions for extraction as well as the plastic consumables for spin column. Bosphore® Viral RNA Extraction Spin Kit is highly compatible with Bosphore® Real-Time PCR kits. Starting sample volume is 400 μl and RNA recovery (elution) volume is 60-100 μl.
