MedCor4U system is a polymetric non-invasive active home telemonitoring solution. Its purpose is to con-nect patients with doctors and health professionals in a seamless manner. Active home monitoring means that the monitored patients and individuals will be able to perform the measurements by themselves using selected and CE certified medical devices. The MedCor4U system comprises MedCor4U mobile application (available on both iOS and Android plat-forms), and cloud services that persist the readings and share them with the Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. The MedCor4U system collects the readings captured by these devices such as contactless thermometers, blood pressure, saturation and body composition monitors. Then passes the collected readings as-is (with-out altering the readings, without performing diagnostics or analysis) to either an EHR, or other remote healthcare services (system-to-system). The MedCor4U system was built using existing technologies and some well-known architectural design. The combination of using the best technologies available with user-friendly “single button” approach has resulted in a solution which is easy to use in the home setting with no or minimum additional support.
