: Usage of Distal Radius is indicated for intra- or extra-articular fractures accompanied by possible metaphyseal defect, open joint reconstructions, fractures of the carpal and metacarpal region with distal radius, and corrective osteotomies.Distal Radius Locked Volar Plates are used in the non-unions, osteotomies and surgical treatment of fractures of the distal radius. Volar plates are used with Ø3.5 mm cortical screws and Ø2.4 mm. 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 holes options are available. It is designed differently as right and left. Locked Distal Radius Volar Plates are produced from the material of ISO 5832-3 Ti6Al4V ELI (ASTM F 136) material.
