"Novodiag Stool Parasites (NVD SP) is an integrated sample-to-answer cartridge product, composed of sample preparation, DNA amplification and microarray hybridization, as well as automatized qualitative results interpretation software. NVD SP is intended for in vitro qualitative detection of DNA from protozoan, helminths, and microsporidia parasites from unpreserved stool in liquid Amies transport media. A sample pre-treatment step with an external bead beating instrument is also included into the NVD SP test protocol. The product consists of test cartridge and software assay plugin containing the run and analysis parameters."
