Set includes: (1) Hyperflex Foot Positioner (#2589-01); (1) T-Handle Post Screw (#4150-PS); (1) Kirschenbaum Foot Positioner Bar (#2590-B); and (1) Stulberg Sliding Bolster Pad & Straps (#2730-P). Will work with Table Clamp (#2595) but clamp is not included in this set.
