miR-92a Assay Kit is a quantitative real-time PCR assay for miR-92a detection in human stool sample. Elevated microRNA 92a level is associated with, and may aid in the detection of colorectal cancer (CRC). miR-92a Assay Kit quantifies miR-92a level in total RNA that is extracted from human stool sample. Characteristic increased miR-92a level can be detected in stool of CRC patients but not in normal humans.
