LUMINA IV dressing consists of a thin film with a non‑latex adhesive. The dressing is breathable, allowing good oxygen and moisture vapour exchange. It is waterproof and impermeable to liquids and bacteria. Before removal the adhesion is reduced by illuminating the dressing with the UV-A lamp or by exposing the dressing for sunlight.
