UNIO 96 Nucleic Acid Extraction Versatile Kit MG9” is specifically designed for the automated extraction of DNA/RNA from various sources, including body fluids such as blood, serum, plasma, saliva, CSF, sputum, amniotic fluid, urine, semen, breast milk, mouthwash, tissue, tears, stool, bronchoalveolar lavage, liquid cytology samples, swab samples and cell culture. This kit is intended for use with the MGISP-960 Instrument. The kit contains all the necessary solutions and magnetic beads required for the extraction process. The starting sample volume recommended for use with this kit is 150 µl - 200 µl. Depending on the protocol type used, the DNA/RNA recovery (elution) volume may range from 50-100 µL.
