BioLINE Allergy Reagent Kit (INH-1), is an in vitro semi-quantitative assay for the determination of allergy specific IgE to multiple allergens. Allergens include cross-reactive carbohydrate determinant/ Dermatophagoides farinae/ Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus/ Horse epithelium/ Dog dander/ Cat dander/ Camel hair/ Hamster epithelium/ Cultivated rye/ Timothy grass/ Honey Bee venom/ Cockroach, German/ Grey alder/ Common silver birch/ Oak/ Olive/ Eucalyptus, Gum-tree/ Funeral Cypress/ Mulberry, white/ Common ragweed/ Mugwort/ Penicillium chrysogenum/ Cladosporium herbarum/ Aspergillus fumigatus/ Candida albicans/ Alternaria alternata / Latex. It is intended for in vitro diagnostic use as an aid in the clinical diagnosis of IgE mediated allergic disorders in conjunction with other clinical findings, and is to be used in clinical laboratories for professional use.
